Broward Woman Charged With Hitting Child On School Bus

Aggressive Trial Attorney With a Reputation for Success

An Oakland Park woman is in custody after allegedly boarding a school bus and punching two middle school students in the face.

Since the woman has been charged with burglary with an assault or battery (for boarding the bus without consent), she is being held without bond as burglary with an assault or battery is a felony punishable by life in prison, therefore non-bondable in the State of Florida.

The woman was arrested Wednesday afternoon and charged with two counts of child abuse and burglary (for illegally boarding the bus) with assault or battery, and one count of conspiracy to interfere with the education process, according to the Broward Sheriff's Office.

Deputies said the alleged victims were 11 and 14.
