Sealing And Expunging Update For August 2017

Aggressive Trial Attorney With a Reputation for Success
|

If you submitted an application to seal or expunge your Florida criminal record, the Florida Department of Law Enforcement is currently processing applications received in March of 2017.

The Florida Department of Law Enforcement, or FDLE, is the agency responsible for confirming (or denying) your eligibility to seal or expunge your Florida arrest record. The FDLE processing stage is only part of the entire process to seal or expunge your record. The entire process can take up to 12 months.

If you submitted your application to FDLE in March of this year, expect to receive correspondence from them soon. If you hired an attorney to seal or expunge your record, the correspondence will be mailed to your attorney's office.
