A Hialeah man who made headlines weeks ago for allegedly following young girls around a K-Mart while videotaping them on his phone has been re-arrested.

This time, the accused is charged with aggravated stalking. Aggravated stalking is a third-degree felony punishable by up to 5 years in prison.

Police have stated that the alleged victim is a minor, which would raise the crime from misdemeanor stalking to aggravated stalking. Regarding the stalking of a minor, Florida law says that a person who stalks (repeatedly follows or harasses) a person 16 or under commits aggravated stalking.

Since the accused is out on bond for another offense, he runs the risk of having his bond revoked for picking up this new charge.
