BSO Detectives Searching For Man Accused of 14 Car Burglaries

Aggressive Trial Attorney With a Reputation for Success

Broward Sheriff's detectives are searching for a man accused of breaking into 14 vehicles in Deerfield Beach on Sunday. It happened in the Deer Creek neighborhood between 4 a.m. and 7 a.m.

The accused was allegedly recorded on a home surveillance camera checking the doors of the vehicles parked in a homeowner's driveway and looking inside them with a flashlight. When he couldn't get inside those cars, he moved on to the next house, detectives said.

Three vehicles were targeted at the same address on the 2300 block of Deercreek Trail. The resident noticed the garage door was open. One vehicle in the garage and two in the driveway had been ransacked. The accused also allegedly stole a TV and an iPod.

Burglary of an unoccupied conveyance is a third-degree felony punishable by up to 5 years in prison.
