Criminal Background Check

Aggressive Trial Attorney With a Reputation for Success
|

In order to qualify to seal or expunge your criminal record, you must have no convictions on your record AND you no prior sealing or expungement applications.

FDLE (Florida Department of Law Enforcement) offers criminal background checks on their website. They charge $24 and require payment by credit card.

Before spending the money to seal or expunge your record, I strongly recommend that you run a criminal background check on yourself to make sure you have no previous convictions that could prevent you from sealing or expunging your arrest record.

You may run a criminal background check through FDLE.

If the background check reveals no prior convictions, you may be eligible to seal or expunge. However, you should discuss your criminal history with an expungement attorney prior to proceeding with the sealing or expungement process.
