After allegedly getting into a fight at a party, a Delray Beach woman is facing aggravated assault and aggravated battery charges.
The fight allegedly occurred between two women - the accused and the alleged victim. The accused is charged with biting the alleged victim and throwing a glass bottle at her.

This satisfies the requirement that an aggravated battery cause serious bodily injury or permanent disfigurement.
