In the aftermath of Hurricane Irma, both the Miami-Dade and Broward Courts have been closed. Both Courts expect to reopen on Monday, September 18, 2017. This includes all Miami-Dade and Broward Court locations (main courthouses and satellite/branch courthouses).
If you had a hearing set between September 6, 2017 and September 15, 2017, the Clerk of Courts will mail you a new notice for your rescheduled court date. No bench warrants were issued for hearings set between September 6, 2017 and September 15, 2017.
