If you submitted an application to seal or expunge your criminal record during the COVID-19 Pandemic, chances are your application has finished being processed and a Certificate of Eligibility has been issued.
Right now, FDLE - the Florida Department of Law Enforcement - is actually issuing Certificates of Eligibility for applications submitted while Florida courts have been closed and regular court business has been stalled.
Oddly, FDLE has been able to take advantage of the slowdown to catch up.
