Miami Police are looking for the driver of a white Dodge Durango who allegedly struck a rider on an ATV at the intersection of Northwest 12th Avenue and Northwest 67th Street in the City of Miami.
The alleged victim did not die but has been admitted to the hospital with serious injuries.
A hit and run is a crime in the State of Florida. The offense level depends upon whether property was damaged, or somebody was seriously injured or even killed.
