Things aren't getting any quicker with FDLE.
FDLE is now processing applications for sealing or expunging criminal records received in September 2012.
That means that the total time for completing a sealing or expungement is now around 6-8 months from start to finish.
Sealing or expunging a criminal record is a process that requires a lot of patience. But the sooner you being, the sooner you can get your record cleaned.
